Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the Service
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Third-Party Platform Credentials

• You may be required to log into third-party fantasy platforms to retrieve your league data
• Your login credentials for third-party platforms are stored ONLY on your device
• We do NOT store, transmit, or have access to your third-party platform passwords
• You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts on third-party platforms
• Some platforms may require you to re-authenticate periodically

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Maintain active accounts on third-party fantasy platforms you wish to connect
• Comply with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your contact information up to date

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify league data or scores
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

No Affiliation

• We are not affiliated with Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker, or any other fantasy football platform
• We do not control these third-party platforms
• We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party services

Third-Party Terms

• You must comply with the terms of service and policies of all third-party platforms you connect
• Violations of third-party terms may result in loss of access to those platforms
• We are not responsible for enforcement of third-party terms

Data Accuracy and Timeliness

• We aggregate data from third-party sources
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of league data, scores, or standings
• There may be delays in data updates
• We are not responsible for errors in data provided by third-party platforms
• Always verify critical information on the official platform

Service Interruptions

• Third-party platforms may change their APIs, terms, or availability without notice
• We are not responsible if we lose access to third-party data sources
• We will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality but cannot guarantee continuous access

Our Property

• The Service, including all content, features, design, code, and functionality, is owned by FFOver.watch
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are our property
• You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

User Content

• You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your league data for the purpose of providing the Service
• We may aggregate anonymized usage data for analytics and improvement purposes

Indirect Damages

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from fantasy football losses or decisions made based on app data

Service Issues

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in league data or scores
• Delays in data updates
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Service
• Loss of access to third-party platforms
• Data breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• Locally stored credentials will be deleted when you uninstall the app

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms
• We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice for any reason
• We may discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice

Effects of Termination

• Your license to use the Service ends immediately
• We will delete your account data within 30 days (see Privacy Policy)
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply

Service Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• We may add or remove support for specific fantasy platforms
• We are not liable for any changes to the Service

Terms Changes

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• We will post the updated Terms in the app and update the "Last Updated" date
• For material changes, we will provide additional notice (email or in-app notification)
• Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution. Contact us at [email protected] with a description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
